Story (after the events of Beam of Light):
The world, having only recently been freed from Lunus's Wasteland, is in turmoil. The cities of Fire, Ice, and Lightning have become one nation, along with the city of Grass under the City of Lightning. However, the careful balance is easily destroyed by the smallest combat fallout, and the United Kings of the cities must work with their allies to guard this peace.
Cities:
Grass: A lush jungle town. Known as the city of beauty. Built around nature, not conquering nature.
Ice: A frozen tundra city. Known as the city of cuisine. It actually extends underground.
Fire: A tropical island city riddled with volcanoes. Known as the city of leisure.
Lightning: A flying, mechanical city on propellers. Known as the city of knowledge. The city has actually been destroyed in the past, but was repaired by the destruction of the Wasteland. Guarded by Rayquaza.

Appearance: In his vibrant, flowing yellow robe, he has the look of royalty- which he is. Deep, calm brown eyes and thick black hair complete the image.
Personality: Short-tempered, and quick to action, Helio doesn't act like a diplomat. He does, however, act like the hero this land needs.
Pokemon: Zapdos, Absol, Salamence, Bannete, Lapras, and Typhlosion.
