I didnt really know where to put this lol. I was bored yesterday so i decided to sit down and attempt to make a decent remix to Lavender Town which ive attached to this post. I synced Lavender town to a beat ive already made, took the pitch down to -4 and also used a excerpt of the Pokemon Tower near the end. Take a listen and tell me what you think

That's a nice beat you've going there Grant! You've toned the heavy beats down and focused on syncompated snares which compliments the mysterious / ghostly feel of the Lavender Town quite well. I'm not too familiar with remixing techniques; though I was wondering whether you've ever tried (or did try) using some sampling? As in, have you tried cutting a source track up into tiny bites at around 2 to 4 beats in length and arranged those in a new pattern as a way to 'remix' the track? Hopefully that makes sense xD
