1.Lucario and Togekiss have one thing in Common what is it?
They can both share in common the ability to know Extremespeed and Aura Sphere respectively...
2.Infernape will be Stronger than or Less Than Empoleon if it holds Leftovers.
Leftovers is an item that doesn't dictate the strength of a Pokemon, it recovers HP each turn. Infernape with a Higher Speed and Attack knowing Close Combat will defeat a same leveled Empoleon that is non EV trained. Otherwise it is almost impossible to dictate proper out comes of battle without knowledge of other varibles...
3.Duskinoir can learn all Four Punches...True or False?
False, Technically there are multiple "punching attacks", the only ones Dusknoir can learn are Fire, Thunder, Ice & Shadow punches respectively
4.Empoleon can learn Hydro Cannon...True or False?
True, but not on its own, it needs to visit the move tutor.
5.Who will win?A Blissey with Thunder Wave or a Skarmory with Drill Peck
Thunder Wave is a status inducing attack with a Accuracy of 100%. Based on Speed and Evasivnesss...the Skarmory will attack first. With a deplorable defense against any Pokemon, a good base atatck Skarmory even with Paralyze status will defeat a Blissy unless the Blissy has a quick claw and a high power Electric attack.
Again with any other knowledge regarding other varibles, it is very difficult to deduce the outcome of this specific battle.
