I decided to attempt this. I had some text ideas, but really liked gadgetjax idea of incorporating images (especially since I'm not an artistic person). Here are 3, but I'll have others coming my way.

    Basic - Suicune EX - 170 HP - [IMG]

    [IMG][IMG][IMG] Aurora Wall 70
Prevent all Special Conditions and effects of attacks, excluding damage, done to your Pokemon until the end of your opponent's next turn.

    [IMG][IMG][IMG] Blizzard 70
This attack does 10 damage to each of your opponents Benched Pokemon (don’t apply Weakness and Resistance for Benched Pokemon).

    Weakness: [IMG] x 2
    Resistance:
    Retreat Cost: [IMG][IMG]
    Rarity: Ultra Rare
When a Pokemon-EX has been Knocked Out, your opponent takes 2 Prize Cards.

    Basic – Seviper – HP100 - [IMG]

    [IMG] Gastro Acid 10
All of your opponents Pokemon have no abilities until the end of your next turn.

    [IMG][IMG][IMG] Poison Jab 50
Your opponents Active Pokemon is now Poisoned.

    Weakness: [IMG] x 2
    Resistance:
    Retreat Cost: [IMG][IMG]
    Rarity: Uncommon

    Basic - Mr. Mime - HP70 – [IMG]

    [IMG] Invisible Wall
Whenever an attack (including your own) does 60 or more damage to this Pokemon, (after applying Weakness and Resistance) prevent that damage (all other effects still happen).

    [IMG] Damage Placement
Put 3 damage counters on your opponent's Pokemon in any way you like.

    Weakness: [IMG] x 2
    Resistance:
    Retreat: [IMG]
    Rarity: Rare

Here are a few lightning support cards.

    Basic - Plusle – 60HP – [IMG]

    [IMG] Power Connect
If Minun is in play, the attacks of your L Pokemon do 20 more damage to your opponents Active Pokemon (before applying Weakness and Resistance). You can’t add more than 20 damage this way.

    [IMG] Positive Charge 10+
If you attached an Energy Card to this Pokemon this turn, this attack does 20 more damage.

    Weakness: [IMG] x 2
    Resistance: [IMG] – 20
    Retreat Cost: [IMG]
    Rarity: Common

    Basic – Minun – 60HP – [IMG]

    [IMG] Thundershock 10
Flip a coin, if heads, your opponent's Active Pokemon is now Paralyzed.

    [IMG] Negative Charge 30-
If you attached an Energy Card to this Pokemon this turn, this attack does 20 less damage.

    Weakness: [IMG] x 2
    Resistance: [IMG] – 20
    Retreat Cost: [IMG]
    Rarity: Common

    Basic – Raichu EX – 160HP – [IMG]

    [IMG] Charged Shock 30
If you attached an Energy Card to this pokemon this turn, your opponent's Active Pokemon is now Paralyzed.

    [IMG][IMG] Volt Strike
This attack does 60 damage to one of your opponents pokemon. Also apply weakness and resistance for benched pokemon.

    Weakness: [IMG] x 2
    Resistance: [IMG] -20
    Retreat Cost:
    Rarity: Ultra Rare
When a Pokemon-EX has been Knocked Out, your opponent takes 2 Prize Cards.

    Trainer – Item
    Charge Up

You may only play this card if you have both Plusle and Minun in play. Search your deck for a basic [IMG] Energy Card and attach it to one of your Pokemon.

You may play as many Item Cards as you like during your turn (before your attack).
    Rarity: Uncommon

    Energy [IMG]
    (Special Energy)

    Bolt Energy
This card can only be attached to [IMG] Pokemon. This card provides [IMG] Energy only while it is attached to a [IMG] Pokemon.

When you play this card from your hand to attach to one of your [IMG] Pokemon, choose one of your opponent's Pokemon and put 2 damage counters on it.

(If this card is attached to anything other than a [IMG] Pokemon, discard it)

    Rarity: Rare

Could this make lightning pokemon good again? If so, would it be too broken?

For what it's worth, [Y] is the commonly accepted abbreviation for Fairy instead of [X].

Your cards aren't bad, but there's some minor issues with the wording and grammar. Remember to capitalize "Pokémon," "Energy," "Defending," "Special Conditions" (and individual Special Conditions, too), "Weakness," "Resistance," and "Benched." There were also a few times you forgot the apostrophe in "opponent's" to make it possessive. Take a look at cards which have similar effects to make sure wording is on point -- it's simple, but really makes your fakes more enjoyable.

Also, I'd consider adding color to your cards (for the Energy and such). Since you mentioned incorporating images to your fakes, I figured you might like that suggestion. Putting the Energy in brackets ([ ]] might not be a bad idea, either.

I dug around a little for the codes we used in the collaborative works that I made all tinyurls, if you want to use these for energy symbols instead of "[W]" and the likes, use these:

    Code:

    [img]http://tinyurl.com/TCGFire[/img]
    [img]http://tinyurl.com/TCGWater[/img]

    [img]http://tinyurl.com/TCGMetal[/img]
    [img]http://tinyurl.com/TCGDragon[/img]
    [img]http://tinyurl.com/TCGFairy[/img]
Also, here is the ability symbol:
    Code:
    [img]http://tinyurl.com/SF-Ability[/img]
Here is what they all look like:
    [IMG][IMG][IMG][IMG][IMG][IMG][IMG][IMG][IMG][IMG][IMG]

    EDIT:
    I found you a mega gyarados gif too;

    [IMG][IMG] Tackle 20

    Weakness: [IMG] x2
    Resistance:
    Retreat Cost: [IMG]
    Rarity: Uncommon

The idea is that you can play both 4 of these and 4 regular Eevee's, allowing for up to 8 Eevees in your deck. As for the Eeveelutions themselves, it follows a trend of each of them having a solid 30 damage attack for 1 energy, followed by a more expensive 3 energy attack. I don't think they're anything broken, but they're not supposed to be as the advantage lies behind the versitility and speed of FUF Eevee.

    Edit: Forgot Jolteon's resistance.

Here's a new idea, Wild Cards. These are stage 2s (or stage 1s) that can be played as basics or stage 1s. For instance, a Blastoise Wild could be played as a basic, but it could also evolve from Squirtle (stage 1) or Wartortle (stage 2). And yes, rare candy can evolve a Squirtle into a stage 2 Blastoise Wild. Why would you want to evolve something you could just throw down as a basic? Because if evolved, you get benefits, better attacks, higher damage output, abilities, and other things. Otherwise, they're really not that great.

Here are two I thought of

    Basic Pokemon - Charizard Wild - 120HP [R]
    Stage 1 (evolves from Charmander)
    Stage 2 (evolves from Charmeleon)

    [R] Balls of Fire 30x
Flip 1 coin, plus 1 more coin if Charizard Wild! is a stage 1 or 2 more coins if Charizard Wild! is a stage 2. This attack does 30 damage times the number of heads.

    [RRR] Fire Blast 90
This attack costs one less [R] energy if Charizard Wild! is a stage 1, [RR] less energy if Charizard Wild! is stage 2. Discard all energy attached to this Pokemon.

    Weakness: [W] x 2
    Resistance: [F] - 20
    Retreat Cost: [CC]

    Basic Pokemon - Blastoise Wild! - 130HP - [W]
    Stage 1 (evolves from Squirtle)
    Stage 2 (evolves from Wartortle)

    Ability: Hard Shell
If Blastoise Wild! is a stage 1, any damage done to this Pokemon from attacks is reduced by 20. If Blastoise Wild! is a stage 2, reduce all damage by 60.

    [WWW] Splash Bomb 60
Choose 2 of your opponents benched Pokemon, this attack does 20 damage to each of them.

    Weakness: [G] x 2
    Resistance:
    Retreat Cost: [CCC]

Let me know if I should fix anything.

Text for Scratching Fury should read:

"Flip a coin until you get tails. This attack does 20 damage times the number of heads.

    For Claw Swipe:

"Flip a coin. If heads, discard a card at random from your opponent's hand.

Usually on the official cards, you'll see it written as "discard a random card from your opponent’s hand."
