I decided to attempt this. I had some text ideas, but really liked gadgetjax idea of incorporating images (especially since I'm not an artistic person). Here are 3, but I'll have others coming my way.

Could this make lightning pokemon good again? If so, would it be too broken?

For what it's worth, [Y] is the commonly accepted abbreviation for Fairy instead of [X].

Your cards aren't bad, but there's some minor issues with the wording and grammar. Remember to capitalize "Pokémon," "Energy," "Defending," "Special Conditions" (and individual Special Conditions, too), "Weakness," "Resistance," and "Benched." There were also a few times you forgot the apostrophe in "opponent's" to make it possessive. Take a look at cards which have similar effects to make sure wording is on point -- it's simple, but really makes your fakes more enjoyable.

Also, I'd consider adding color to your cards (for the Energy and such). Since you mentioned incorporating images to your fakes, I figured you might like that suggestion. Putting the Energy in brackets ([ ]] might not be a bad idea, either.

The idea is that you can play both 4 of these and 4 regular Eevee's, allowing for up to 8 Eevees in your deck. As for the Eeveelutions themselves, it follows a trend of each of them having a solid 30 damage attack for 1 energy, followed by a more expensive 3 energy attack. I don't think they're anything broken, but they're not supposed to be as the advantage lies behind the versitility and speed of FUF Eevee.

Edit: Forgot Jolteon's resistance.

Here's a new idea, Wild Cards. These are stage 2s (or stage 1s) that can be played as basics or stage 1s. For instance, a Blastoise Wild could be played as a basic, but it could also evolve from Squirtle (stage 1) or Wartortle (stage 2). And yes, rare candy can evolve a Squirtle into a stage 2 Blastoise Wild. Why would you want to evolve something you could just throw down as a basic? Because if evolved, you get benefits, better attacks, higher damage output, abilities, and other things. Otherwise, they're really not that great.

Here are two I thought of

Basic Pokemon - Charizard Wild - 120HP [R]
Stage 1 (evolves from Charmander)
Stage 2 (evolves from Charmeleon)

006.gif

[R] Balls of Fire 30x
Flip 1 coin, plus 1 more coin if Charizard Wild! is a stage 1 or 2 more coins if Charizard Wild! is a stage 2. This attack does 30 damage times the number of heads.

[RRR] Fire Blast 90
This attack costs one less [R] energy if Charizard Wild! is a stage 1, [RR] less energy if Charizard Wild! is stage 2. Discard all energy attached to this Pokemon.

Weakness: [W] x 2
Resistance: [F] - 20
Retreat Cost: [CC]

Basic Pokemon - Blastoise Wild! - 130HP - [W]

Stage 2 (evolves from Wartortle)

009.gif

Ability: Hard Shell
If Blastoise Wild! is a stage 1, any damage done to this Pokemon from attacks is reduced by 20. If Blastoise Wild! is a stage 2, reduce all damage by 60.

Choose 2 of your opponents benched Pokemon, this attack does 20 damage to each of them.
