Hey, I have a question about Pokémon Catcher.

Are you allowed to use the original print in expanded? I doesn't seem to be banned. But there's a reprint in Kalos Starter Set that relies on Coin Flip. It has the same title, but still, a different card number.

An answer would be truly appreciated!

There was an official errata given to the Pokémon Catcher card at the start of the XY-era that now requires you to make a successful coin flip in order to use the effects of the card, just as the card states in the new version of it that was released in the Kalos Starter Set. You can see the official errata for this card and a few others in this official Pokémon .pdf errata document. Because this is an errata and not a formal ban, you can still play with the older version of the card but it will require a coin flip, so you effectively pretend the old card has the same text as the new.

Thanks for letting me know. I'm not a fan of coin flips :/ I'll just stick with Lysandre then.
