PokéBeach Community Decklist #2: Scizor (Scizor Prime)

Status
Not open for further replies.
-3 Skarmory UD

+3 Sableye SF

It's a better starter, which doesn't require any energy. Though I'm going to use Jirachi RR after rotation.

+2 Broken Time-Space: Three is a good number for consistency.
-1 Poke Healer +: One Poke Healer + isn't going to be very helpful. xD

The list is all updated now. It seems a little clunky for a fast deck, but whatever lol.

+2 Pokemon Communication. Get fast Pokemon out and can put back useless extra Starters back in the deck to get much needed Pokemon on the field.
+1 Palmer's Contribution You have to have some kind of recovery in a deck. :p

dmaster out.

-1 BTS (3 is enough)
-1 Unown DARK (waste of bench space)
-1 PONT (too much hand refresh; already 2 Judge)

+ 3 Sableye SF (don't get why this was taken out)

And with that, the Deck is completed with 60 cards. If anybody is dissatisfied, feel free to post changes and more importantly back them up with a lot of evidence supporting it because otherwise it will just be back and forth, etc.

dmaster out.

+ 1-1-1 Vileplume UD (To maintain a trainer-lock throughout the game)

- 2 Pokemon Communication (Useless with trainer-lock)
- 1 Luxury Ball

I don't like Vileplume in here, as this is a speed deck and not a lock deck, so:
-1-1-1 Vileplume
+2 Pokemon Communication
+1 Luxury Ball

I'd say this is pretty complete.

^Lol I don't think it looks good. 4x Spiritombs and 3x Sableyes? We need to decide on one or the other. I don't think two starters is a good idea.
Sorry if this counts as spam because I didn't change the decklist, but I'm pretty sure we need to come to a group decision or something....
Other than that though I like the look of the list. Any other changes I would make would require playtesting.

I've playtested for a while, and if you aren't running 'Plume, Sableye is the better choice.

- 4 Spiritomb AR

+ 1 Basic Metal Energy
+ 1 Warp Energy
+ 1 Black Belt
+ 1 Warp Point

Scizor needs to be switched out sooner or later, so Warp Energy and Warp Point are a must. If we are running Twins, why not Black Belt? It can help if there isn't enough Metal Energy on a Benched Scizor for a KO. I run 6 Basic Metal Energy in my deck, and you need 10 Metal total. That allows each Scizor in play to hit for 90 without Expert Belt, and one Metal that could be in the prizes or in the deck.

-2 rescue energy as its better to attach metal to do more damage. +1 sableye and +1 Pokemon Communication
for consitancy.

Ahh, well, I must face that Scizplume never will be popular regardless of its amazing potential... So for this variant:

- 2 Basic Metal
- Shaymin UL
+ 1-1-1 Klinklank BW (Amazing alongside with SSU, seeing as you can move the energy from a damaged Scizor to a new one on the bench, then scoop up the damaged one and send out a "healthy" Scizor ready to hit equally hard the same turn;) So please add SSO someone...)

Sorry, I slacked off on this. I'm assuming since there hasn't been a lot of posts that this is complete? This will be the last time changes can be made.

dmaster out.
