Ruling Playground

When you use pichu's playground attack, can the opponent evolve pokemon played with playground on his turn, the one immediately after?

If you were first and used the Playground attack, your opponent may not evolve due to the rule about not evolving your Pokemon the first turn. If this wasn't the first turn of the game and you used that attack, your opponent would be allowed to evolve their Pokemon. You also need to include card scans in hte future.~Mark
