i dont know why but i like the idea of a pikachu m lv.x deck of course you couldnt play it in a tounament but it would be fun to play. if you guys have any ideas on it post them here or pm me. all i got is pika m and garchomp c deck as an idea so far but dont have a list together yet.

As far as a deck, there isn't much you can do with it except put energy on it an attack. As I recall it does damage to itself when it attacks, so you could use leftovers + nidoqueen to heal it after every attack.

Believe it or not, I own one of each of these. O_O

Anyway, I don't think that it's very viable. Low HP, high energy costs for little damage (considering the meta nowadays...), and bad side effects.

You could, as amisheskimoninja said, run Nidoqueen for healing, and of course Garchomp C.
