This is my take on Expanded PikaRom. Geared towards consistency, I have included Cassius because of how it takes damage off the board as well as returning Energy to the deck for another Full Blitz. You can’t drop below 3 Shaymin-EX in any ‘turbo’ Basic deck from my point of view and I am using Dowsing Machine because of how many important Trainer cards there are and how clutch they can be late game. It just seems more useful than Computer Search in this specific archetype. Please duly note that I am extremely tired so I’ve probably missed something glaring but the list looks fairly comprehensive at a glance. Let me know what you guys think.
