Photoshop Problem

First, i am sorry If i post at wrong topic, please move the topic to the correct place.

When I try to open pokemon fake card psd file created by Cascade Gonpory, error keep pop out. I try to open other psd file downloaded at deviantart, it's fine.

Error : Could not complete your request because an unexpected end-of-file was encountered

when i try to open grass_basic_normal.psd, this error pop out.

Error : could not complete your request because the file is not compatable with this version of photoshop

when i try to open DIAMOND_PEARL_symbolsheet.psd, this error pop out.

My photoshop : Photoshop CS4 (V 11.0)
