Phanperior (Masters-HGSS and on)

So I been working with this deck for while. Not sure if I like the Serperior in it, but I have no Machamps and I am not sure what else to pair up with Donphan. I been playing this against HGSS decks and decks of the MD-on format. I have beaten many different decks out there. It is consistent so far. But I feel I am missing something. Main attacker of course is Donphan. I have Serperior in there so he can heal 1 damage. This helps against the earthquake attack and with Donphan being a tank, it helps keep him a live longer. I also use Serperior against Umbreon counters and Water counters (since he is resistant to water). I am playing 1 Bouffalant for DRL counters. I have beaten every ReshiBoar with DRL I have came against. Again I am not sure if I like Serperior in the deck, but he is nice for his pokemon ability. Noctowl in there to draw an extra card. Please tell me what your thoughts are and any advice is more than welcomed!

Oh sorry I forgot to mention Bouffalant is the one that has Revenge so it can do 90 180 damage with weakness (that is why I have him in there for DRL counter)

is it worth evolving and putting an energy on noctowl though. i would try and replace him for something else like cleffa
