Yeah, I'm for shoddy. It dosen't take all the time and does what you want to- battle fast and easily. Wi-fi can be laggy and slow, but shoddy servers are much faster. And barely anyone plays wi-fi anymore- maybe 20% of the VG people.
What you don't realize is that Wi-Fi doesn't have competition. It is really poor. Hate to break it to you, but most of the people on your list don't know the first thing about true competitive battling. A lot of them break the standard rules and a few of them probably hack.
