[attachment=3608] Well hmmmmm, lets see.....where to begin. Well first to everyone that selected the jags....WRONG. Pass rush, I never saw it.....so where was that oh so perfect, great running game? hmmmm....he will truck them all? well didnt MJD get stuffed? David was nice, he managed the game, 278 yards. HE DID have a great game but as i've been preaching the entire time....clutch play in the 4th, which David failed to do. Yea I agree, that weather was a HUGE factor, yup[/sarcasim] . Also to everyone that claimed Brady would be pressured...26-28, 262 yards with around what five blitzes? Laurence M. was torching the edges all game long. Your not going to beat the pats giving up 400+ yards. Another AFC championship game folks, come on Colts we want our revenge!

The Patriots showed they are playoff ready. Now it's Indy or S.D. we will just have to wait for that game. Though kudos to the Jaguars did exactly what they wanted to do for 3 quarters. It was a fun, intense game.

It was over when...
Jaguars WR Dennis Northcutt dropped a potential third-down touchdown pass in the third quarter, preventing Jacksonville from matching the Patriots point-for-point. The Jaguars settled for a 39-yard Josh Scobee field goal that made the score 21-17, until New England drove down the field for a nine-yard Ben Watson touchdown (his second of the day) for a two score lead with just over a quarter remaining. Patriots safety Rodney Harrison sealed it with a late interception.

Patriots RB Laurence Maroney recorded 122 yards and a touchdown vs. the Jaguars Saturday.

Game ball
Tom Brady was nearly perfect, going 26-of-28 for 262 yards and three touchdowns, improving his playoff record to 13-2. His 92.9 completion percentage was an NFL record in the playoffs and regular season.

Key stat
Laurence Maroney single-handedly outgained the Jaguars' vaunted ground attack, recording 122 yards and one touchdown on 22 carries. For all the talk of Jacksonville's running back tandem of Fred Taylor and Maurice Jones-Drew, the pair totaled just 66 yards on the ground.

Noteworthy
Brady went the entire first half without an incompletion, going 12-of-12 for 120 yards. His first incompletion didn't come until his 17th pass. Garrard wasn't much worse, going 12-of-14 for 149 yards in the first half. ... Harrison has recorded an interception in four straight postseason games. ... Randy Moss recorded a season-low 14 yards on just one reception. ... The Patriots' home win was their tenth straight in the postseason, the second longest streak in NFL history
.

Well I believe you all know the rest....no need for me to go further....though I am pleased to say i'm 2-0 in this round so far =]

GO PATS! So what did you think of the game? did you watch it? Also how PERFECT was that trick touchdown play? And who do you think the pats will face next?

I can't believe they'll lose in the Super Bowl ! Indianapolis and San Diego are looking at the tapes right now and finding ways to crush New England. New England are a bunch of cheaters (why cheat against the Jets in WEEK 1 ?!)

exactly i like seeing teams win with sportsmanship and knowing they did win without cheating or bending the rules to get an advantage

LMAOOOOO. That must be why indy lost. Preping for an autolose. And get over the cheating crap already. Every team does it. On your second post, they cheated week one idiot. How can you question if they cheated after that, when the league was watching every game they played greatly??? And blazetyler, as I recall in 2001 we entered the superbowl as a team. If thats not acting as a team and sportmanship (instead of individually getting introduced) then idk what is.

I just said i dont like to root for teams that have no sportsmanship or cheat in games i never said the patriots are not a team and since they are a team they have the right to be in the super bowl even though they soundn't because of cheating in what 1/4 of their games or who even knows how much they cheat

1/4th=/1/16th. And its 1/64th really. And they couldn't even use the film. So yup, cheating...
