Prologue:
Three shady figures gathered around there *seltic.
"He his rather abnormal isn't he?" said one of the figures questionably.
"Yes... his sense of battles and his love of adventures really shows his skills..." another figure pointed out .
"He got them from his father... Gale, he was a magnificent man." stated yet another figure.
"Raifi... intresting" said one figure.
"Rady! Get ready for a guest. Make sure everything's perfect!" stated one figure.
Rady is a young slim man who serves these "things".
"Do you think he's ready?" questioned one figure.
An awkward silence occured for about 2 mins.
"Well..." he said again but more hasty.
"We'll find out... things are going to get intresting" as he said this he hid a smile that he so wanted to show.
The two other figures stared at each other... They both were wondering what he was hiding. But it quickly passed there minds as they focused back on the seltic watching Raifi closely.
*seltic: a sphere that contains images powered by a certain aura. It allows things to see and hear things anywhere.

Chapter 1... Set Sail!
Raifi yawns as he wakes up. He looks to see that it’s only 4:00 in the morning.
“Man those poke-cola’s don’t do me much good before I go to bed…” he says to himself.
He gets up and dresses in his usual clothes. A simple cap, with a strange looking sign on it. His shirt is short-sleeved and is a button up. He has a black under-shirt. And his pants are rather big pants that go down to the ground.
“Well I guess I can get there early. That never hurts anyone to be a little early right?” he says as he goes down stairs. He grabs a plain bagel and a cube of cheese and starts to head out. But he here’s someone calling.
“Raifi… is that you?” you could here his mom barely as he must of woken her.
“Yes mom… I’m leaving!” he shouts.
He hears some scattering about up-stairs and before you know it she’s down in the kitchen too.
“You’re always so eager to just head out without saying goodbye!” his mother grumbles.
“Sorry mom, it’s just I can’t wait to set out on another journey!” He says.
“Honey, it’s been 1 day since you’ve gotten back from Kanto and you’re already leaving! I just wish you’d hang around here a little longer. Me and your sister miss you…” her mom tells him.
“Not another lecture…” he mumbles under his breathe.
“What was that?” her mother said annoyed.
“Nothing, but it’s just that I like to roam the world, see new things, new pokemon… you know?” he adds.
“No, I find making poke poffin for a living in Floroma town pretty good. The less traveling the better.” She groans.
“See… you like to stay in one spot while I like to travel everywhere!” he exclaims.
“So much like your father I swear…” she sighs.
An awkward silence downcast upon them.
“Anyways… you’re not even ready. Your hairs a mess, and where’s your backpack?” she says trying to change the subject.
“Oh my gosh… you're right. Now where did I put it last…” he said.
“Uhh… you can’t keep up with anything! And where’s Peppy?” she questioned while licking her finger and trying to fix his hair.
He pulled away from her hand and said “He’s outside checking the weather.”
“At 4:07 a.m.?” his mother said snooty.
But Peppy (his Aipom) appeared from upstairs with his backpack in his tail.
“Uh-huh… sure he is” said his mother scolding him.
“Uhm… see you…” he tries to slip away. “Come on Aipom” he murmurs.
They tiptoe there way until his mom yells at him.
“Raifi Andrew Kethul… get over here now!” she shouts.
Raifi mopes his way over to her.
“Your not leaving without a kiss are you?” she said with a smirk on her face.
“Sorry mom” she kissed her goodbye.
He started to head out as her mom started to say something.
“Raifi… you have a… never mind. Love you…”she said as she hid a frown.
Raifi didn’t notice this. “Love you too.” And he headed out…
“Should I have told him… about his dad and his power and his… no it was for the best” she told this to herself in her mind.

Raifi whistled down the road as he headed to the sea. He saw so many things. He saw some old friends that he played with when he was a kid, tons of pokemon, and gorgeous views. He stops and eats the food he grabbed earlier and gives Peppy the cube of cheese. But while traveling through a field with tall grass and bogs everywhere… he heard a noise. But not just any noise… it sounded like a pokemon, crying for help. He looked at Peppy and knew he too thought something was wrong. He ran over to the the area he had heard the noise. It grew louder.
He went through a patch where the grass wasn’t so tall and saw a pokemon crying. It was a Pidgeotto. He slowly crept up to the pokemon and suddenly he blacked out for a moment… it was rather blurry but he could just see this rock coming at where he seemed he was… and he heard laughter. And heard someone say “useless pokemon…” the figures left and he came back out of it.
“Ugh… that was weird…” he looked around and everything was the same and he saw the Pidgeotto still sitting there crying. He walked up to it and saw that it was hurt. A deep gash was in his chest and he saw a projectile lodged in there. He was bleeding too. He went to get a better look but the pokemon back away.
“It’s okay; I’m not here to hurt you… I’m here to help!” this time as he went closer the pokemon didn’t move. “It seems to trust me…” he thought.
As he got closer he could tell that the projectile was a… a rock!? This was astonishment… “I saw this happen…” he thought, “no I was just dreaming”.

Later after he tended to the pokemon wound he and Peppy started off again… glad that he was able to help. But whenever he walked he couldn’t help but get the feeling he was being followed. He looked behind and saw the same Pidgeotto following.
“Why are you following me?” he asked.
He could tell that the pokemon felt a bound between them. He hesitantly asked if it wanted to battle. And it nodded. He then grew a smirk. It’s on!
He told Peppy to get out there. He knew this wouldn’t be pretty for Pidgeotto due to its wound. But nonetheless he wouldn’t turn down a challenge. The pokemon started off with a whirlwind. And a powerful one at that but Raifi ordered Peppy just to use mirror move and he easily matched its power. Then Peppy jumped through the air and hit the Pidgeotto with Focus Punch. The pokemon barely still standing flew at Aipom and picked it up.
“Good try Pidgeotto… you fought well!” he said as he ordered Peppy to use seismic toss and it grabbed Pidgeottos’ talons and threw him to the ground. Raifi then threw a poke ball at him. It swerved once, twice, and three times to seal the deal!
“Awesome! A new addition to our team. Great work Peppy!” he said and Peppy stood there and smiled.

At the Pokemon Center he looked at his watch. He was almost late for his boat! Starbat, an old friend of his father was glad to oblige to Raifis' request when he had called him a month ago. But if the healing process didn’t speed up, he’d miss his boat! A couple minutes later Nurse Joy came out with Peppy and Ace (his Pidgeotto). He thanked her and bolted for the dock. As he arrived he could just make out the boat in the distance. He missed it… now what…

Chapter 2 Through Nearest We Wonder!
“Man, now what?” he asked Ace and Peppy.
Ace and Peppy looked blankly at him. “Thanks…” he said sarcastically.
“Raifi!” he heard his name being called.
He looked, and saw his old friend Davis.
“David is that you?” he said slowly.
“Yup! It’s been so long. But more importantly why are you in Plaly Town?” Davis asked.
“It has. But I was going to ride a boat to Palentino.” He said.
“Seriously? So was I. But I missed my boat.” He stated.
“Me too!” he exclaimed.
“Wow that’s pretty convenient eh?” he laughed,”Whoa, that you Peppy?” he asks looking at Peppy.
Peppy smiles as he puts his arms on his hips and smiles. ”Yeah, he’s grown hasn’t he!” says Raifi.
“You bet… and who do we have here?” he asks looking at Ace.
“She’s Ace, I just caught her!” says Raifi.
“Really! Sp Raifi could I go with you?” asks Davis.
“Sure. And I know how to get to Palentino.” He states.
“Really!?” says Davis.
“You still have Marshtomp?” says Raifi.
“Oh… I got you… I ride Mudz while you ride Ace!” Says Davis.
“Yup, but can you do this Ace?” Raifi asks. Ace nods, “Great!”

Raifi smiles as he smells the fresh air. The wind flows through his hair.
“This is awesome huh Peppy?” exclaims Raifi. Peppy nods. But his hat falls off and blows away, “NO!!!”
But Kevin catches it, “I got your back Raifi, I got your back.” Says Davis.
“Thanks!” says Raifi, “I’d say were about halfway.”
“Okay, I’m going to take a snooze. Can you handle it by yourself Mudz?” he asks Marshtomp. Mudz nods.
“OK, I’ll wake you when we get there!” says Raifi.
But Kevin was already asleep. “Typical 'ol Davis” thought Raifi.

A couple minutes later giant water pillars suddenly appear. One knicked Ace right on the wing and Ace started to lag.
“You okay Ace?” asks Raifi. Ace nodded. One water pillars hits Mudz and Davis falls in the water and looks around quickly.
“10 minutes, 10 minutes of peace is all I ask!” complains Kevin.
Suddenly huge masses of figures appear from underwater. “Gyrados…” thought Raifi, “They look mad but… wh…”
Suddenly Raifi blacked out again.
What he saw was still blurry, but he saw yellow water. Yellow? But he faintly sees something creating an electric shock. A pokemon? Yeah, but what?
He comes back out of his black out and finds that he’s underwater. He probably fell off when he blacked out. He saw Peppy swimming under to get him. Peppy dragged him up to the surface. He gasped for air but as he did so A Gyrados used Hyper Beam and sent Raifi back underwater. This time as he got back afloat… he whistled as Ace picked both him and Peppy up in his talons right before the Hyper Beam struck it’s target.
“Peppy, Mirror Move!” shouted Raifi.
Peppy shot a hyper beam right at this one Gyrados but one jumped in and took the hit instead. “Why did that Gyrados jump in front of the other one? Is it there leader… yeah!” he says thinking to himself… “Peppy double Team around all the Gyrados’… and continues use Mirror Move!” shouted Raifi.
Peppy surrounded all the Gyrados then Hyper Beams were sent out and hit all but the leader Gyrados. They all went down except the leader. Wide-open the leader was a perfect shot. But it used protect and it was such a big shield it knocked away all the clones.
“Well… what do you expect, a bad leader?” he laughs to himself.
“You don’t get to have all the fun!!!!” shouts Davis,” Go Magnet!” and Magneton appeared,” Magnet use Thunderbolt!”
The Shock was so big it broke through the protect and had a direct-hit on Gyrados.
“If I can just capture him…” Raifi though, “Go poke ball!” Raifi shouts.
Once again the poke ball swerved once, twice, and…….. three times!
David Smiles, “Nice Raifi!” shouts Davis.
All the other Gyrados suddenly calmed down and swam away.
“Good job everyone!” says Raifi.
But his attention quickly got diverted. He could just make out land in the distance.
“It’s real…” Raifi whispers.
Davis got confused. But he then looked at what Raifi was looking at in the distance… they sat there stunned. “It’s just the beginning Raifi, it’s just the beginning” he says…
