BW/BW2 Ononokusu-Sandslash Evolution?

it wont be, thats just a terrible idea. sandslash doesnt need an evo and this pokemon.... wait for it.... looks nothing like sandslash..... ya I said it... 
Now this I highly doubt. I really don't see much resemblance between this and Sandslash. I could be completely wrong if this turns out to me an evolution, but IMO I highly doubt that this is the evolution of Sandslash.
I seriously doubt that Sandslash would lose its huge claws to be replaced with face-blades.

Yeah I don't exactly see why Sandslash can evolve into this. I have no clue where you got this idea from. There might be some things that may be similar. But I really don't see why this would evolve into Ononokusu.

Ononokusu looks like a reptilian ant-lion. I highly dobut a shrew / armadillo / pangolin / porcupine would evolve into that.
If new Pokemon are introduce many people start thinking it is an evolution of a Pokemon in the previous generations. I just think that most of them are actually are new Pokemon. Some of these don't even look like other Pokemon in the previous generations.
I would totally be alright with that this time. We have a LOT of great pokemon from the last 4 generations. I wouldn't shed a single tear if none of the old ones got new evolutions. Sure it might suck for the likes of many unevolved pokemon, but you know what? You don't have to use them. Or hate them.Mangriff said:

This thing could be a friggin' twig with arms, and if it had the same color scheme as Sandslash, you'd assume it's an evolution for it.
None of the new 5th generation Pokemon revealed are evolutions of previous Pokemon. I am 95% positive of that. T_T
Also, Ononokusu doesn't even have a similar color scheme. It doesn't even LOOK like Sandslash in any way. And I already know somebody is gonna bring up the whole 'Remoraid to Octillery' thing, but this new Pokemon is practically a bug. How could a shrew (or pangolin) evolve into a bug? -_-

I would doubt it. Sandslash evolves from Sand shrew, which does look like the mole Pokemon is the Triple battle. Plus the color schemes would be off by a long shot. And would meen that Ononokusu would have 3 pre evo forms. Whereas no other pokemon do.
Personally, I think it is a pseudo legend.
You guys gotta stop doing drugs. Now, every new pokémon they reveal must be an evolution of an older pokémon... Just stop these pointless threads cuz all pokémon they revealed until now are totally new and have no relation to older pokémon. period. deal with it...

I don't think that it evolve from Sandslash, I was thinking of: Pinsir.
