I was told that for its second attack once you do it, the effect can go away once they flip a heads. Though on the card it says until its not the defending pokemon anymore. So what does make the effect go away for it?

Evolving, leveling up, leveling down, Unevolving, switching, and retreating will remove the effect of Octazooka.~Mark
