Discussion OCG and TCG Standard should there be a change?

hey guys I had just a couple questions that I would like to discuss with you

1 Does the ocg format rotate out every year like the tcg?

2 What sets from the OCG are considered legal for stander for them?

3 Do you think We (PTCG) should STOP roating sets out of standard and actually add sets back and change expanded back to a format before EX AND GX Pokémon?

By OCG, do you mean the Japanese format? I mean, for all I know that is the term now, but I only remember it from Yu-Gi-Oh.

As for your questions

1) I don't know

2) The Japanese format is the equivalent of SUM-On. They don't get the same expansions we do, which is why I say "equivalent". We're one to two sets behind them, give or take some promos.

3) Absolutely not, nor do I see the point in doing so.
