Can I request a Plusle and Minun tag team?

Yeah, sure can! It's a little bit of a challenge, since it's my first Tag Team, but I think it turned out nicely! Admittedly, it was very difficult, as normally a Plusle/Minun card will relate to or use the other, but having them in the same card? Difficult. It's not the most creative at all, and I think it could've used slightly more thought, but this is what I have right now.
    Minun & Plusle-GX – Lightning – HP 210
    Basic Pokémon (TAG TEAM)

    [L][L][L] Electrical Parade
Each player reveals their hand. This attack does 10 damage to each of your opponent's Pokémon for each Supporter card in each player's hand (Don't apply Weakness and Resistance for Benched Pokémon). (Up to 6)

    [L][L][L]+ Pom-Pom Power GX 170
If this Pokemon has at least 2 extra [L] Energy attached to it (in addition to this attack’s cost), this attack does 100 damage to each of your opponent’s Benched Pokemon with damage counters on them. (Don’t apply Weakness and Resistance for Benched Pokemon.) (You can’t use more than 1 GX attack in a game.)

When your TAG TEAM is Knocked Out, your opponent takes 3 Prize cards.

    Weakness: Fighting (x2)
    Resistance: Metal (-20)
    Retreat: 1

Nice! Electrical parade is a little under-powered for 3 energy imo, though.

Once during each player’s turn (before their attack), they may discard a basic Energy card from their hand. If they do, they heal 30 damage from each of their Pokémon.

    The next 5!
    Gardevor ◇ HP 150 Psychic
    Basic Pokémon
◇ (Prism star) Rule - You can't have more than 1 ◇ card with the same name in your deck. If a ◇ card would go to the discard pile, put it in the Lost Zone instead.

    /Ability/ ~ Familial Bond
Once during your turn (before your attack), if this Pokémon is in your hand, you may reveal it. If you do, search your deck for a Gallade (including Gallade-GX), Kirlia, or Ralts and put it onto your Bench. Then, shuffle your deck. You may then attach up to 2 basic Energy cards from your hand to that Pokémon. Then, put this Pokémon into the Lost Zone.

    [P][C][C] Wondrous Rebound 90
Search your deck for up to 3 cards and put them into your hand. Then, shuffle your deck. Return this Pokémon and all cards attached to it to your hand.

    Weakness: Psychic x2
    Resistance: None
    Retreat: 2
    Ralts HP 60 Fairy
    Basic Pokémon

    /Ability/ ~ Familial Comfort
As long as this Pokémon is your Active Pokémon, at any time between turns, heal 10 damage from each of your Kirlia, Ralts, Gallade, and Gardevoir (including Gallade-GX and Gardevoir-GX) in play.

    [C] Dual Teleport
Each player switches their Active Pokémon with 1 of their Benched Pokémon. (Your opponent switches first. If a player does not have a Benched Pokémon, he or she doesn't switch Pokémon.)

    Weakness: Metal x2
    Resistance: None
    Retreat: 1
    Kirlia HP 80 Fairy
Stage 1 - Evolves from Ralts

    /Ability/ ~ Familial Friendships
When you play Gallade or Gardevoir (including Gallade-GX and Gardevoir-GX) from your hand to evolve this Pokémon, before it evolves, you may use this Ability. During this turn, you may play 2 Supporter cards.

    [C] Happy Dance
Each player draws 2 cards. If this Pokémon was on the Bench and became your Active Pokémon this turn, each player draws 2 more cards.

    Weakness: Metal x2
    Resistance: None
    Retreat: 1
    Gallade HP 150 Fighting
Stage 2 - Evolves from Kirlia

    [F] Familial Connection 60x
This attack does 60 damage times the number of Gallade and Gardevoir (including Gardevoir-GX and Gallade-GX) you have in play. Heal 30 damage from this Pokémon for each Ralts you have in play. Attach an Energy card from your hand to 1 of your Kirlia, Ralts, Gallade, or Gardevoir (including Gallade-GX and Gardevoir-GX) in play for each Kirlia you have in play.

    [F][F] Future Blade 90
Choose 1 of your opponent's Pokémon's attacks. During your opponent's next turn, if any of their Pokémon use that attack, before doing damage, put 5 damage counters on that Pokémon.

    Weakness: Psychic x2
    Resistance: None
    Retreat: 2
    Gallade-GX HP 250

    [F] Courteous Blade 40
Before doing damage, if this Pokémon was on the Bench and became your Active Pokémon this turn, you may switch your opponent's Active Pokémon with 1 of their Benched Pokémon.

    [F][F][C] Familial Assistance
Choose an attack of 1 of your Kirlia, Ralts, Gallade, or Gardevoir (including Gallade-GX and Gardevoir-GX) in play and use it as this attack. That attack does 60 more damage (before applying Weakness and Resistance).

    [C][C] Royal Team GX
Put a Gallade-GX and Gardevoir-GX from your hand onto your Bench together as a TAG TEAM Pokémon-GX. While in play, that Pokémon has the attacks and Abilities of the Gardevoir-GX and Gallade-GX that it is made up of. If that Pokémon is Knocked Out, your opponent takes 3 Prize cards. That Pokémon's type is [P], it's HP is 290, it's Retreat Cost is 3, it's Weakness is [P] x2, and it has no Resistance. (You can't use more than 1 GX attack in a game.)

When your Pokémon-GX is Knocked Out, your opponent takes 2 Prize cards.

    Weakness: Psychic x2
    Resistance: None
    Retreat: 2

    Why not ?
    Team Magma's M Garchomp & Salamence EX GX BREAK ◇ HP 350 Dragon/Fighting
Mega BREAK Evolution - Evolves from Team Magma's Garchomp & Salamence EX GX BREAK ◇
BREAK Evolution (TAG TEAM) (Team Plasma)
Ω Barrier - Whenever your opponent plays a Trainer card (excluding Pokémon Tools and Stadium cards), prevent all effects of that card done to this Pokémon.
Mega Evolution Rule - When 1 of your Pokémon becomes Team Magma's M Garchomp & Salamence EX GX BREAK ◇, your turn ends.
Team Magma's M Garchomp & Salamence EX GX BREAK ◇ retains the attacks, Abilities, Weakness, Resistance, and Retreat Cost of its previous Evolution.
◇ (Prism star) Rule - You can't have more than 1 ◇ card with the same name in your deck. If a ◇ card would go to the discard pile, put it in the Lost Zone instead.

    [F][R][R] Enraged Flight 120+
If this Pokémon has any damage counters on it, this attack does 120 more damage and you may do 240 damage to 1 of your opponent's Benched Pokémon instead of their Active Pokémon. (Don't apply Weakness and Resistance for Benched Pokémon.)

    [F][F][R][R]+ Burn Down GX
    Choose 1:
    - Discard the top 20 cards of your opponent's deck.
    - Discard any number of your opponent's Benched Pokémon and all cards attached to them. This Pokémon does 100 damage to itself for each Pokémon discarded.
If this Pokémon has at least 3 extra Energy attached to it (in addition to this attack's cost), discard your opponent's hand, and put any cards discarded by the effect of this attack into your opponent's Prize cards instead. (You can't use more than 1 GX attack in a game.)

When this Pokémon is Knocked Out, your opponent takes 7 Prize cards.

I like that it's actually secretly an M Victini & Celebi EX GX BREAK ◊, and despite being named "Team Magma's ..." is in fact a Plasma Pokémon. The ol' bait-and-switch. :p
