We’ve learned the next English set will be named Fusion Strike! It will release on November 12th. Prereleases will take place from October 30th to November 7th.
No set logo or any other information has been revealed yet.
The set will obviously include cards from Japan’s Fusion Arts, which we already knew. Several of its cards were revealed last week. It will also contain cards cut from Evolving Skies, which includes several Battle Styles cards and holos.

Unbound hoopa has 8 out of the 11 unique hoopa cards so far (including this one). Its much better looking in my opinion but its just funny that the original form is so neglected in comparison haha. Maybe they could do a hoopa card that interacted with a prison bottle tool card?

Meloetta kinda gives me the same vibes as Miltank [Lost thunder] where you try and collect 4 cards of Exodia Fusion energy so you could do massive damage for cheap.

But not all the time you do that massive damage. Consider the fact that Meloetta might get KOed the next turn, loses 1 Fusion Energy. The Energy cards were prized, loses 1-2 Fusion Energy. So in average, its 140 for 2 energy

Maybe you could attach the energy cards to your more bulky Pokemon so even if Meloetta dies you just replace the Meloetta and its energy while still keeping its damage. But yes like Miltank its seems super inconsistent and probably will never reach full damage in a real game.

Why would you ever put the Fusion Energy on Meloetta itself if you can avoid it?

Okay, so how will you turn 1 the 2 energy considering the fact that Melo has 90 HP to begin with, eh? And none of the Fusion Strike mons are worth banking the Fusion Energy, except VMAX because VMAX don't KO each other.

Just attach the Energy to Mew VMAX and use Meloetta's attack through that.
