Here's the challenge:
This card is a reprint of a fake done by somebody other than me. Though the question is, who made the origianal card?
 
Harrybitzo siad: "Art by Ken Sugimori", so it's logical it would be the same pic.

But that card is insanely broken >.> Although it looks nice.
 
Yeh, i just wanted to do exactly the same as someone else for the challenge.

Believe it or not, I made that background by accident, i was just bored and I started fiddling about with filter effects in Photoshop... tadaah!
