not allowed to post?

i've noticed i can't post in threads which have no post exept for the original, for exaple:
i tried to help http://pokebeach.com/forums/showthread.php?tid=69132 here, but the forum denied me of posting.
this is really annoying, and i guess it is because i was banned a month ago.
is there any way this can be fixed, is anyone having the same problem? reply please.
