Ruling Non-Holo Flygon RR

I've been playing with a non holographic Flygon (Rainbow Float). Some dude at cities said there was no such thing, he didn't mind finishing the match, but suggested to check if it was fake later. So is there a chance that it's fake? Or is there such a thing as a non-holo Flygon RR??

Flygon is avaible as a nonholo card. I believe it is the one in the Starter deck if I recall correctly.

Yep, it is in the theme deck. Theme deck versions of cards are legal.
