No change my name thread anymore

Why isn't there a Change my name thread anymore. I know it was closed anyway, but members could at least see why it's closed. Cuz some peoples are still making Could you please change my name threads. I think that members should know that WPM and other S-MODS are busy so they shouldn't bother them.

Well... WPM don't have time now. He said that million times. And they were making "Change my name" threads even when there were "change my name" thread!
 
I know,... If anyone have any suggestions about this, you are more then welcome to share them with us.
