Strategy
Use Ninetales as the main attacker with a laser to induce special conditions and a Garbador on the bench as support (mainly to eliminate Virizion EX's ability). If I run into a water deck, Giratina is in here as an alternate attacker with the laser as well. Emolga is to get out basics and Sableye is to retrieve lost items. Silver Bangle is to give Ninetales the extra boost to take out most EX's when Virbank is active. I kept only two catchers because of Ninetales ability (I know Garbador will shut it down, but I'll try to play a Ninetales first and then Garbador).

Any suggestions?

No Ace-Spec?
You could drop an Ultra Ball for Computer Search if you don't wanna change anything else, as they are essentially the same thing.

And I'd consider adding Silver Bangles once Plasma Blast comes out. With Virbank up, a Laser -> Ninetales attack with a Bangle = 180 damage, and will OHKO [almost] any EX Pokemon.

Funny thing is I took out a catcher to put in Computer Search, I just forgot to add it in. I completely forgot about Silver Bangle, I'll switch them out for the Giant Capes. I'll make the corrections in the first post.

You could also drop the Sableye's for Shadow Triad, as an alternate means of recycling your Hypnotoxic Lasers (since they are a Team Plasma card.)

Personally I think 3 Float Stone is 1 too many, especially since Emolga naturally has free Retreat. But with people starting to run 2-3 Tool Scrappers now, it may not be that bad. It comes down to if you can spare the space for it, which I doubt..

Since the Deck's main OHKO'ing power comes from Virbank, I'd probably add another Skyla to be able to search for it (or just another actual Virbank.)

Another thing to consider, is how you plan to play the Deck, especially against heavy-hitters. I doubt a Max Potion will prevent your Vulpix/Ninetales from being OHKO'd, so there are a few ways you could go about it:
- Mr. Mime, to defend your weak Vulpix while on the Bench.
- Silver Mirror, although you already have Bangles, can't equip more than 1 Tool at a time so not sure if it'd be that useful. Could always Mirror on Vulpix, then Bangle after evolution.. *shrug*
- Laissez-Faire, aka DGAF. Go for broke and donk enemy Active Pokemon for 180 damage, then let your Ninetales just die. You'll have Super Rods to bring them/Energy back, since Ninetales only needs 1 Energy it isn't that hard to set-up a new one to attack.
- Giratina, you could either focus entirely on Ninetales with any of the previous strategies, or possibly go purely Giratina as the main attacker. You'd thus run 4x Double Colorless Energy, but Giratina is only able to hit for 160 damage tops (unless you use Deoxys, but there isn't room for him) with Virbank/Laser/Bangle. But Giratina has more hp than Ninetales, isn't a Stage 1 Pokemon, doesn't waste 4 Card Slots on Vulpix, and can be brought back via Shadow Triad along with Hypnotoxic Lasers, thus giving you more options..

I was going to say something else here, but I completely forgot what it was... Sorry... >_<
Ah yes, I remembered, Level Balls. If you drop Giratina, then Level Balls could search for [almost] all of your Pokemon without having to Discard. I'd at least consider dropping a few Ultra Balls for Level Balls.

(Also of note, I saw a guy with a Ninetales/Amoonguss Deck. He'd use Amoonguss/Devolution Spray to give Special Conditions to the enemy Pokemon, then hit with Ninetales for 150 damage. You can't really fit those cards into this Deck, but I just thought it was an interesting tidbit of strategy :p)

I hope some of my ideas were helpful ^.^

Thank you, I do appreciate all the ideas!! :)

The only reason I didn't use Shadow Triad was because it would take up my one supporter per turn, however then again thats one less prize that my opponent will take..so I may give this some consideration. The Float Stones were only for Garbador, so I could take out one. I can definitely put in one more Virbank.

My main idea was to use Ninetales as the main attacker. Mr. Mime is a good call with the low HP, and I will end up taking out Max Potion because I took out giant cape. I gave silver mirror thought, but I wanted to keep silver bangle. If I didn't include silver bangle it wouldn't be too much of a loss..I would just have to wait for poison to knock them out between turns back to my turn. If it will be a 2 for 1 then I am ok with Ninetales being knocked out.

Giratina was in this deck for the Keldeo/Blastious match-up, so it's non necesarry so I may just have to take that crappy match-up. If I leave out Giratina then I will take out some Ultra Balls for some Level Balls. I saw the thread with the Ninetales/Amoonguss, but against a Virizion EX that will not be effective so thats why I decided to go with Garbador.
