Stratagey is to start with smeargle, and use portrait to set up a king and queens as fast as possible. Tank with Nidoking while hitting for 110 via poison
Frosslass GL is to bring up troublesome bench-sitters such as vileplume and DGX

i like the list! 3/4 collectors is a must, take out a communication for a collector
but otherwise, great! i was actually thinking more, and since you run rainbow, you could possibly do a 1-1 blaziken fb x for dgx. but it's your call in the end

I prefer the chances of drawing into any energy for frosslass thann a rainbow for blaziken
