New Tins are Awesome: great packs!

Me and my friend last bought each 3 packs of Legend maker the top 3 packs of each side of the box and he got flygon ex in nr1 and i got arcanine ex in nr2
I think stories about best packs are in the bottom and stuff are all fairytales, I did however, once believed that the 3pack on the left always had the best cards, just because the once gave me a charizard and a zapdos ( both base set :)) sor I really believed the 3 pack was the best :)

in hong kong we got the tins a long time ago... i got the articuno ex tin and i got vaporeon in the uf pack, here comes team rocket in the trr pack and deoxys attack in the dx pack. and it cost HK$128 (US$16.62). However, they went out of stock 2 months ago.

Are they sold at Walmart? (Because I'm going to go there in a couple of days.)
EDIT: I just went there today and bought the zapdos tin. I got 3 ex's. Zapdos ex, Manectric ex, and ANOTHER Mew ex.

Ya I know wal mart seems to be the best place for pokemon cards.:)
