Ruling New Talonflame and Wobbuffet

I don't know if this has come up yet, but I couldn't find anything so I'll ask it now. With the new Talonflame from Steam Siege, If I open with it and my opponent opens with a Wobbuffet, what happens if
A) I have another Pokémon on the bench
B) If Talonflame is my only Pokémon in play

I'm kind of surprised I haven't seen anyone bring this up because it seems like a major issue.

Bide Barricade isn't active during setup. By the time you flip your Pokemon over and your opponent reveals Wobbuffet, Talonflame is already in play, and Gale Wings can only be used during setup anyway, so the two Abilities will never clash.

It is worth saying, though, that once you do flip your Pokemon over, Gale Wings is still shut off... it's just too late for Wobbuffet to do anything about it.
