Well, this could get interesting. It takes 250 to OHKO a Stage 1. Add Muscle Pad to that, you get 300. Not bad for something that can do 210 fairly easily. OHKOs Gardy AND A-tales, too. Actually, that’s busted. Holy crap.
I, personally, think Beam is 30. Just saying.

Uh, is there some new country I’ve never heard of? Is this some new top secret continent that the general public isn’t supposed to be aware of?
