When I post an attatched file, how do I make it so I post a file I wrote in MS Word? I noticed this wasn't covered in the Noobie Guide, so, just wondering. Thanks :)

You just attach the Microsoft Word document on to your post. If an error message pops up, then it means that you either have an outdated version or a brand new version. The only Word documents that can be attached here are for Microsoft Word 97-03.

I use Microsoft Office Word 2007, so I faced this dilema a few weeks ago. If you have a new version of Word, you must save it as a Word 97-03 document (also known as Compatibility Mode). Hmm... ok. I tried that, then, when I wanted to attatch the file, I couldn't find it? Do I click on the "New Attatchment" area and click browse? Because then, all I see are my picture's -_-?

Edit: Never mind, found it :p. Lock now please :) Thanks for your help KG.
 
When you go to post a thread or edit it, the first thing you do is click on Browse. That will bring up a list of files you have. Since pictures came up, you need to go to documents instead. Look around on that screen, you should be able to change what you can view. Once you find the file, click on it. It will show up in the bar and then all you have to do is click Add Attachment.
