Oh man!! That Ttar ex looks broken! It has 3, count em', 3 attacks and one of them looks like it does 70. I know I'm getting four;)

I thoguht the decks like this are only available in Japan. Will they be available in the US? Can anybody translate these?
 
holy cow i didn't even notice they were delta species! man i wish they'd go back to the KOOL way of the pokeman. too bad, but sceptile and t-tar look swweeeeeeet!
