I've tried googling it, and found several but not exactly this one with the name in gold.

Yes it is the reverse holo. I found it on pricecharting but not with the name in gold. Trying to find out if it has any value to it

Obviously fake card.
Reverse holo (for this card's era) means the blue background of the card should be shiny, not the gold name or Palkia's background. Plus, the text font is wrong.

Rule of thumb: if you cannot find the exact card on authentic sites, it is likely fake.
