So to fit another 1-1 line of Meowstic,
-1 Lillie
-1 Crushing Hammer
+1 Espurr
+1 Meowstic

You should definitely be using the promo tapu koko if you can.

I would look at bumping up to 4 DCE's with 8 psychic energy, then cutting the crushing hammers, and maybe going down to 3 Altar of the Moone.

Pokemon Ranger and Professor's letter don't really need to be there.

You could cut 1 Garb GRI for a garbotoxing garb.
