So I'm getting back into the game and I figured l could try to salvage my old deck because I don't have any new cards to trade and I don't want to be spending all my money on Pokemon cards this time around. I figured out what I was doing wrong last time and made changes but I'm not sure if this is a viable option. I have all the necessary cards for a Donphan deck so if you have a variant you think I should try, I'm game. Here's the list:
Pokemon: 13
It's a bit too simple, just get Donphan out as fast as possible hitting hard then bring in the Dragons to attack for even more damage from Earthquake collateral.
Where it Needs Work
I admit I mulligan often, it needs more basics. I don't know if it should be in the form of more dragons or a whole new line in there. Also, I've got none of the new cards in there. I still need to figure out what the newer staples are and see if I should fit those in there. I have no idea what the metagame is, and if this is a viable option for a deck still. Let me know where else it needs work and thanks for any help in advance!
