My metagame problem

So, I'm going to a city tournament tomorrow and I'm in a bit of a predicament, seeing I don't know what deck to play. I have these decks at my disposal:
Vilepluff{G}
Vilegar{P}
Donphan ERL{F}

I made these specifically to counter the meta game where I live. which can be summarized as, SP EVERYWHERE.
So, I was wondering, in YOUR opinion which owns sp the hardest, namely LUXCHOMP.
