The "Penguin thing" of which of speak of is Piplup, but they're decent, to say the least

They're ok, but you didn't re-color any of them. Plus, the Galladetune only has on of Tune''s feature's. However, they're very good for you're first sprites ever.
Combee fushion: Not bad, could use re-coloring and make it appear more like it WAS fused with Drifloon.
Magnezone thing: Needs re-coloring...
Piplup+Infernape: You could re-color the flame, but looks good.
Gallade+Tune: Needs more of Krickitune's feature's and you could slightly re-color it..

They're good for 1st sprites,save as PNG,you never recolored(which is he most important) and the pokemon combination is not good,but still it is exemplanatory,try going to the School of Megaspriting,there are a lot of Tutorials about spriting there
