Its one of those attacks that you dont need energy.Kappa is one of the japanese myths.
EDIT:I dont got photoshop I'm using photo explosion so if you use this and are really good at this give me your advise.

Well, the fact that you're not using Paint should mean you can do a lot better. Wrong font, bad picture stretching, and no attack has no energy cost, deal with it =P
