So, I want to start a community conversation/list on which tool is mathematically better on which Pokemon. My original thoughts came from testing with Seismitoad. Ignoring most other cards/effects (except for basics that are only ever paired with specific cards), what do you think is the best for the popular basics?
So far, I like Toad with Muscle Band. Unless you're playing Toad/Bats, that extra 10 damage is really important (considering the fact that your opponent probably can't do that extra 40 damage to you, anyway.
