Ruling Multiple Exp. Share

In the case where more than one benched pokemon are equipped with exp. share and an active pokemon with multiple basic energy is knocked out.
My interpretation is that all exp. shares are activated simultaneously and each pokemon equipped with exp. share can move a single basic energy from the knocked out pokemon.

The card seems to indicate that any pokemon with it attached is able to have an energy moved to it and no other restrictions seem applicable.

What about the unlikely case that a theta double ancient trait pokemon has two exp. shares equipped?

The card seems to indicate that only 1 energy can be moved, so I surmise that having two equipped to a single pokemon would still only allow the movement of a single energy to the pokemon in question.

What say you, Professors?

You can move one Basic Energy for ("to") each Exp. Share on the Bench whether they're on different Pokemon or the same one.
