According to the translation:
Muk LV.49 – Psychic – HP100
Stage 1 – Evolves from Grimer

Poke-Body: Sludge Cell
If this Pokemon recovers from a Special Condition in between turns, remove 2 damage counters from this Pokemon.

[P][C] Varied Poison: 30 damage. Flip a coin, if heads the Defending Pokemon is now Poisoned. If tails, Muk is now Poisoned.
[P][P][C] Strange Sludge: 50 damage. If Muk is Poisoned, this attack does an additional 20 damage and the Defending Pokemon is now Confused.

Weakness: Psychic (+20)
Resistance: none
Retreat: 3

there is somehow a way to recover from a special condition between turns. This may just be an error in translation, or it may be correct, but what card lets you recover from special conditions between turns? Lum berry isn't legal anymore, so is there a legal way to do it?
Or, does this refer to the way pokemon recover from paralysis and sleep between turns, and the only way Muk can heal anything is if it is recovering from one of those two special conditions?

I'd like to know if theres a way to do it because it would be extremely helpful in my mightyena + skuntank G deck lol.

This seems like the wrong forum to be asking this kind of question. This one is just for rules.
But yeah, it could just be an error in translation, we won't know how all of these cards are going to work until they are printed in English.
I just tried to help you but I couldn't find anything. =p
Good Luck.

Paralization is healed after your turn so that doesn't work, so only sleep works. I think it's if its affected by any special condition in between turns.

That makes more sense to me but I guess we will indeed have to wait for the english card to be released. I was just curious if anyone knew something I didn't, so thank you.

I would say the spoiler is probably correct, Bangiras is spot on most of the time. It probably only refers to Special Conditions that go away between turns, namely Sleep. I doubt it means if it is affected by one between turns it heals, because that would just be too awesome. I would say we wait untill it comes out in English to be sure, or we wait about a week or so for WPM to have early scans and then check on it. ;D
