RE: Movie Discussion Thread II

The most Recent movie that I went to the Theater to see was Red. This Movie did not disapoint and it is one of the few movies That My group of friends (those of who that saw it) totally agree on it being just an insanely awesome movie. John Malkovich MADE this movie with all of the insane antics that he would be pulling through out the movie

RE: Movie Discussion Thread II

Jackgrass 3D (Lol) was excellent. I thoroughly recommend it if you want a good laugh, but only if you have a sense of humor. 3-dimensions added to the effect, as usual. Well done guys.

RE: Movie Discussion Thread II

Jack@$$ 3D was fantastic. Loved it.
Most of the things in there, I have never seen anything so gross or insane. Though, that was the funny part, lol. 3D was worth seeing it.

RE: Movie Discussion Thread II

Saw 3D was certainly less than average. Not the worst horror film ever made, but definitely one of the worser of the "Saws".

RE: Movie Discussion Thread II

Just curious, do you people think that that movie coming out on the 11, Unstoppable, will be worth seeing?

Opinions?
Are you going to see it?

RE: Movie Discussion Thread II

I'm having a hard time deciding. Will Ferrel's in it, who is my all-time comedy icon, but it doesn't look too funny. I just think getting it on Blu-ray would be worth the money. I'm tired of Animated 3D movies.

RE: Movie Discussion Thread II

I think I'll watch it on dvd. It seems like an average movie. Nothing really special, but worth seeing ones.

RE: Movie Discussion Thread II

I'll see it, and I'm guessing it will be pretty funny. At least I hope so because lately, animated movies realeased in the last year or two don't seem to be as funny as older animated movies.

RE: Movie Discussion Thread II

Red was MUCH better than I expected. It was actually kind of funny. I rate it 8.3/10. Only bad thing about the movie was that it seemed instamentals played throughout the whole thing. And I also thought the beginning phone conversation was pointless and stupid. Had a pretty nice storyline, but there is no way it would happen in real life.

Are the 2 big releases this week. Which one would you like to see and why?

RE: Movie Discussion Thread II

I have heard that Unstoppable is fantastic. Also, I bought Scott Pilgrim vs. The World this week, and it is as fantastic as I remember it. It is a shame that it didn't do as well at the box office as was projected, but it should recover nicely in the DVD market.

RE: Movie Discussion Thread II

I've heard that Unstoppable is receiving critical acclaim according to Rotten Tomatoes and other entertainment review sites. Not going to lie, I'm a bit surprised- I couldn't help but laugh at what seemed like a silly and overused concept at first glance. Now that I've read more into it, it sounds like a very interesting and fun film.

RE: Movie Discussion Thread II

Skyline seems... odd.. It's just, It could be a good movie, if there wouldn't be like a few dozen of movies with exactly the same concept.. Meh, we'll see
