Collecting Misprint, Double stamped "STAFF PRERELEASE" Milotic 70/147, Anyone saw or have similar card?

Huh, I've never seen anything like this before! It does seem pretty believable as well, unlike some other "error" cards people find. However, I'm no expert on error cards or the card printing process.
 
I have 20+ NM Staff/Prerelease cards brought from tollandtoad, only this Molitic oddly printed :)
