I heard somewhere that Mew Prime can use the Abilities/PokePowers/PokeBodies of Pokémon in the Lost Zone with its Lost Link PokePower. Is this correct?

No, Mew Prime can ONLY use ATTACKS from pokemon in the lost zone.
If it could, it would be so broken. Just lz 4 donphan prime and 4 Samurott ability, then KO everything like a baws. Which is part of the reason it only copies attacks. Also, it cannot copy the attack of the bottom half of a legend pokémon

To add...Mew cannot use the attacks of a Pokemon LEGEND in the Lost Zone (even if both halves are present). It can use the attacks from pretty much any other Pokemon in the Lost Zone - but remember, only the attacks, not the powers/bodies/abilities!
