    x2 Dimension Valley
Energy:

  • x10 Psychic Energy
    x2 Mystery Energy

Strategy:
Go first for setup (if possible). Set up Mew EX first, placing a Dimension Valley when possible, eventually setting up a Gengar. Use Night Attack to tack on damage anywhere, and Dark Corridor to disrupt the opponent and get in a lot of damage (Especially with a Muscle Band attached). Whenever Dusknoir and/or Chandelure are set up (Which this deck is equipped to stall until such time in some cases), Mew will be able to either put 60 damage on the opponent's field, Poison the opponent (Usually being able to get right back on the field because it's easy to set up multiple Mews), or do massive damage to the opponent's active Pokemon (With Shadow Punch). Dusknoir will be able to spread damage on the opponent's field to multiple Pokemon or vice versa, and Chandelure will go unharmed for the most part because most attacks that harm the bench can trigger Fainting Spell

Hypnotoxic and Lysandre are intended for stalling purposes, but still serve offensive and defensive purposes as well. Trump Card was added to recycle trainers and pokemon like Computer Search and Keldeo (with Vs Seeker to recycle Trump Cards). The rest of the trainers are to assist in setup

Mystery Energy is intended purely as a backup in case you can't get Keldeo out quickly enough

No card-draw Supporters??

Secondly, with 2 Stage 2 lines, you'll need a few turns to setup (IF your opponents ever give that time). So, consider some starting Poké (e.g., Kangaskhan, Dedenne, etc.) that help setup your bench in addition to using Pokémon Fan Club and/or Ultra Balls.

Mew EX only has 120 HP; so, it is an EASY 1HKO, 2-prize target. Do you really want to run 4 of those?

If you were to scan the other decks in this Forum, you'll notice that most will run about 12 energy total. Not that 12 energy is the "standard" requirement, but it may give yo an idea that decks can run effectively than the 18 you've incorporated.

FYI, Muscle Band does not affect Cursed Drop as you are not doing "damage", rather placing damage counters. On that note, attacks such as this are great against things like Pyroar as it goes through Intimidating Mane since no "damage" is being done!

I very strongly agree with TuxedoBlack on the no Supporters query. I can appreciate you maybe not wanting to Sycamore/Juniper your hand away, but Colress, N, or even Shauna could help you out in a pinch if you don't draw what you need.

Lastly, with Mew EX, I would almost recommend swapping your Computer Search out for a Life Dew, just so you aren't giving away two prizes so easily.

Changes proposed -

-2 Muscle Band (If you're using cursed drop, muscle band won't help. If you're using anything else it's a nice damage boost, but definitely drop the count)
-4 Rainbow Energy (I don't really know why this is included, as only Keldeo needs to use it, and I can't see you attacking with it)
-4 Psychic Energy (Following on from what TuxedoBlack said, high energy counts are not required, and with Dimension Valley, you don't need a lot to attack)

+2 Colress/+4 N/+3 Shauna (Just to help with bad hands)
+2 Skyla (To help search out that Float Stone/Lysandre/whatever you need)
+2 Pokemon Fan Club (I LOVE this card, and it works well with how many basics you have in your deck)

Considerations:

-1 Lysandre's Trump Card (with VS seeker, you won't need more than one - also, Trump Card is terrible against Night March as they can get completely set up again during their next turn)
-1 Computer Search
+1 Life Dew (just to make your opponent work for that seventh prize)
+1 Startling Megaphone (always nice to have, especially as Mew EX is shut down by Garbodor)
+1 Xerosic (depends on your how your local area plays, but I've noticed an increase in Team Flare Hyper Gear)
+2 Double Colorless Energy (always great to have)

Okay. I'll experiment with these changes in TCGO to see which ones make the deck work better. I'm also occasionally trying to build new decks to see what works and what doesn't

If you dont want to have 2 stage 2 pokemon i would say drop the chandelure line and put in 3 Chandelure EX and 2 Lasers
