I want to create a M Lucario deck that's consistent. I juggled with a few card options such Baby Buzzwole and Lycanroc GX but I'm not too sure and so I turn to the community for suggestions. Thanks!

You need 4 mega turbos to have a chance at charging up that attack

I would try a couple Regirock EX, and a Zygarde EX (FCO).
