Mega Absol ex, Mega Mawile ex, and Acerola’s Mischief from “Mega Brave” and “Mega Symphonia!”

The weaknesses of Mega Absol and Mega Mawile are mistranslated like they had no weakness, they are weak to the grass and fire types respectively (Mega Mawile's resistance to the grass type is missing as well)

Mawile will be a good late game finisher for Archaludon, just like Blood Moon Ursaluna is for others deck. The thing that makes her better then Ursaluna in that case is that if you open her as your active she can still hit hard with 1 attack + Archaludon ability.

Absol is surprisingly doable. Just 2 Munkidori and bingo bango bongo free 1-3 prizes. Not to mention it's a 280HP basic Pokémon. Move over Grimmsnarl, Frosslass Munkidori got a new partner.
Marnie's Grimmsnarl has the added benefit of accelerating its own Energy, and Froslass-Munkidori can already easily stall well enough to get out a Stage 2. I can definitely see it as an inclusion, I just don't think it'll replace Marnie's Grimmsnarl. Maybe in a rogue deck/alternate build.

Im glad to finally see a possibly meta worthy absol, definitely going to play some sort of poison/dark deck with him.

Ngl, they may be big basics with decent(?) attacks, but for the cost of three prize cards these megas feel incredibly underwhelming.

Though that could change based on what support the set has for each mega.
JI would much prefer the basic mega evos being underwhelming than being a repeat of Tag Teams LOL

Seeing the scaling on these new megas really makes me long for spirit links and M EXs. It would've been hilarious to have potential 2-prize stage 3 megas. It wouldn't be a new idea either, it'd just be like Greninja BREAK or Luxray LV.X

Acerola to a double Mawile play is kind of insane, though.

Feels like mega pokemon are about on par with 2 prizers a stage higher than them which is significantly lower in power than tag teams were, being basics with stats about on par with stage 2 GX Pokemon. Single prize glass canon decks like typhlosion might just feast on decks with a lot of basic megas, that prize trade is rough.
