How do I unlock Dry Bowser and Funky Kong in Mario Kart wii?

Funky Kong - Unlock 4 Expert Staff Ghosts. These are unlocked by being a reasonable bit faster than the regular staff ghosts, although it seems to vary from course to course.

Dry Bowser - Get at least a Star Ranking on all 150cc Wii GP's. Yeah, it's that tough >_>
