Ruling Magnezone

The link is broken. But to my knowlege, there is no magnezone card in exsistance that cannot stack with another.
So I would say yes, yes you can use the power twice. Once each. The only time you could not do something like that is if the power or body states that you cannot use more then one (insert name) each turn. (IE Maternal Comfort)
Yes. You can search for ANY electric or metal pokemon. This power is basically a Bebe Search for metal or lightining pokemon.
