Got a cup on Sunday, just checking if Magikarp and Wailord is legal. I'm pretty sure it's two week after release, which would have been last Friday, but with it being in Team Up I wasn't sure. Thanks in Advance.

Magikarp/Wailord was available as of Jan 4, 2019, so it should be eligible now. It was released as a black star promo, separately from the Team Up release, and thus has separate eligibility.
You can always check promo card eligibility at the TPC resource page.
Note from that page also - the new Eevee-GXs are eligible 2/1/2019, so not this weekend but well before the rest of the set is eligible as well.
