Machamp Prime & other decks for a HGSS-on format (No Lost World)

My local league will be holding a HGSS-on format tournament for our In-Between-Seasons filler. This is to let us get used to the post-rotation format, and to test out the new meta excluding Lost World. I'm currently still excluding the obvious decks like Jumplume/Vilepluff, Rain Dance/Blastigatr, Magnegatr or Typhlosion because there's still a week for creativity to do something different.

Right now I have an idea of using Shuckle (Promo)'s Poke-Body for draw power. It allows you to draw a card if you attach an Energy card to it. This will make it my preferred start, although it can get donked with a Rare Candy + Donphan, but then again Donphan donks everything. I will use Shuckle's ability for a turn or two depending on how my opponent plays.

Meanwhile, I will build up the main attacker, Machamp Prime. Fighting Tag allows me to transfer the Energy from Shuckle to Machamp. With this method I'm starting to draw additional cards from T1, as opposed to setting up solely Noctowl or Ninetails.

Extension ideas are to use Noctowl for cumulative drawing, or Donphan Prime to have additional ideal starts (4 Shuckle and 4 Phanpy?).

Total: (21)
4 Shuckle
3-3-3 Machamp Prime
2-2 Noctowl
2-2 Donphan Prime

Considering what we have left for T/S/S in a HGSS-on format, the list is pretty generic, but I could have overlooked somethings.

Total: (24)
4 Pokemon Collector
3 Professor Elm's Training Method
4 Pokemon Communication
3 Professor Oak's New Theory
3 Switch
3 Rare Candy
3 Seeker
1 Twins
1 Flower Shop Lady

Let me know what you guys think, and please do share any other deck ideas you have for the format.

The only thing I'd suggest is that you don't need 4 Communication AND 3 PETM AND 4 Collector. Collector for 2 basics, communicate the 3rd away. That's an easy way to get a basic and it's evolution. Also, IMO, trainerlock will become even more popular than it already is with an HGSS-on format, so 4 Communication will really hurt your chances of setting up. I'd do:
2-3 PETM
4 Collector
2 Communication
