Hey guys, do you have any suggestions to make this deck better? I originally took it from a website and it featured yanmega break, shaymin and hoopa. However, all those cards just ended up being on the way of the amazing paralysis lock, which is what M Venu does. The idea here is to start with talonflame and one or two venus-ex on the bench. Then, to attack with Talonflame and draw energies or cards like Max Elixir. May sound slow, but I managed to have a full powered M-Venu in turn 2. Not too bad, actually, even though the Basic Venu-ex kind of sucks.

Anyway, if you have any suggestions let me know.

One thing I have tried online (but don't have enough of the right Pokemon to fully vet) was combining M Venu with M Sceptile. The idea being to start the M Sceptile in order to push the energy to M Venu. I admit I didn't have a lot of success with it, but more because I kept running into Volcanion / Typhlosion decks and wasn't able to get the Venu up fast enough or my opponent was able to escape paralysis using a variety of methods.

All that said, I really want this deck to work so keep us posted on your testing :)

Yeah, actually I didn't lose a single match with it until I played against a Volcanion deck. I managed to beat Mewtwo, Yveltal, Scizor and so on, and I imagine it's because those decks generally don't run switch or escape rope. However, Volcanion decks do and to make things worse Venusaur is weak to it. =/

Don't have any sceptiles though, so I can't test it =/
